Today we focus on taxes and enforcement with my friend and frequent guest, Ian Comisky, attorney and partner at Fox Rothschild.  Ian has more than 35 years of experience representing corporations and individuals in civil and criminal tax litigation.  We discuss and clarify the just-released U.S. Supreme Court rulings involving President Trump’s efforts to keep his personal and business tax returns away from congressional and other governmental investigations. Ian also shares details of a new IRS data analytics unit and the agency’s latest digital surveillance efforts, including their use of Facebook, spy cams and cell phone records to find tax cheats.
